Devlog 1, Let's get down to business


I've been working on the game for a few months now, redoing it from scratch!

Fresh game

Thanks to the feedbacks from the game jam, I knew exactly what I wanted to improve, highlight and tell with this game. All the building was redone based on a grid system, the AI of both the employees and clients is simpler and smarter and I'm adding a ton of new features to customize the club more deeply!

I'm also gonna move away from the boring interface, it's too complicated and I want something warmer and more personal. I'll try to add more NPCs for the different menus, for a more casual and roleplaying experience!

And finally I'll add objectives so players will have a goal, through a main quest and side ones (remember the NPCs stuff above?). Nothing too ambitious or complicated, I want too keep the whole gameplay very casual and simple!

And finally I'll take my time to add a lot of content once all the systems are polished! More furnitures and buildings blocks, more voice acting and songs, more storytelling and events, etc. It's a lot of work but I'm super excited!!


Schedule

Hopefully the game will be released around the end of the year, but it's gonna be available sooner in Early access in a couple of months to get a ton of feedback and craft the best experience possible! I'm currently working on its Steam page, so it's getting pretty serious UwU
