First update!
After many weeks working on Monolilith, reading everything bit of feedback or comment I could find, here I am with the very first update. I received more than 50 answers to the Feedback form and I can tell you I studied them all.
Muirguenet's story and art

She was hidden in the previous version of the game, only mentioned once. The main character received two illustrations and can appear in the dialogues along Sally! It's her story so I'm glad I can finally put a face and an adventure on her name UwU I mean look at her curves! I'm still finishing to write the whole plot, and I made a very specific cinematic system for more immersive dialogues (not exactly like the tutorial ones). I can't wait do more art of her and her butt cheeks!
Revamped walls
The gameplay around the walls changed a lot! Yes you can keep spamming them everywhere and try to block every path. But could backfire! If the enemies can't find a proper route, they'll just go through the tentacles of the wall. They'll be slowed down and sacrifice a few health points, but you better not play that game with the big guys, or else they'll dive directly to your altar.
Control groups
It's not a big deal for you cause it's a very generic feature in strategy games but, how boi was I happy when I achieved it! And yeah you were right, it is an essential feature for a smoother game :3 Now it's here and it works real good!
Options
Again it's not much for you but I added many new options for you to tweak. You have more control over the behavior of the mouse, its sensitivity when moving the camera, and a couple of other things.
Victory cinematic
I won't share any screenshot cause I don't want to spoil that one! I created a first cinematic for the Tutorial map, and if players enjoy it I'll try to do a cool end game for every map. All I can say is, now you can see who you summoned, and it's sexy and epic.
Improvements and fixes
- added random names on the tombstones for the players who bought the biggest reward
- added Q and E controls to rotate the camera
- added [space] to move camera to current selection
- added [double click] to select visible similar unit
- added selection priority when trying to select both units and structures
- added fighting stance for some specific units
- added an in-game link to rate the game on itch.io
- detailed Credits page with the Rewards
- units won't stop in corners or halfway
- sex and fight options of units now work fine
- faster recruiting for sitting villagers
- camera edge pan uses in/out easing for a smoother control
- when selecting a unit having sex, select the partner as well
- removed collisions on tombstones
- balanced energy loss in structures
- healing won't cancel sex
- keep selection after using a skill or creating a structure
- units estimate danger before going back to sex
- UI adaptative using a 1920*1080 default resolution (no more micro icons)
- camera now rotate around a point on the ground relative to its current view
- closer zoom for sex enjoyment
- updated the Concept Arts file with 3 new arts
I sincerely hope you'll enjoy this new update! On my side I will focus on new content and map from now on UwU
